From Richmond & Points West:

Take I-64 EAST, take the MERCURY BLVD/US-258 SOUTH exit towards JAMES RIVER BR, exit #263A. Continue on W MERCURY BLVD approximately 2/10 mile. Turn Right on TODDS LN, follow approx. 2/10 mile. Turn Left on EXECUTIVE DR, then turn left again in front of Executive Tower. Tower Place is to the right in rear of Executive Tower.

From Gloucester and Points North:

Take the COLEMAN BRIDGE across York River. Follow ROUTE 17 approximately 8 miles to 1-64 interchange. Take I-64 EAST approximately 6 miles. Take the MERCURY BLVD/US-258 SOUTH exit towards JAMES RIVER BR, exit #263A. Continue on W MERCURY BLVD approximately 2/10 mile. Turn Right on TODDS LN, follow approx. 2/10 mile. Turn Left on EXECUTIVE DR, then turn left again in front of Executive Tower. Tower Place is to the right in rear of Executive Tower.

From Norfolk/Virginia Beach and Points East:

Take I-64 WEST through the Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel. Take the MERCURY BLVD/COLISEUM/US-258 NORTH exit, exit #263B. Get into the far right lane and turn left at the first light - COLISEUM DRIVE. Turn left at the third traffic light - CUNNINGHAM DRIVE. There is an Exxon Station on the far left corner. Turnright on EXECUTIVE DR, look for tall office building - Executive Tower. Then turn left again in front of Executive Tower. Tower Place is to the right in rear of Executive Tower.

Coming off the James River Bridge onto the Peninsula, follow Mercury Blvd. approximately 4 miles. After going under the I-64 overpass, turn left at the next light - COLISEUM DRIVE. Turn left at the third traffic light - CUNNINGHAM DRIVE. There is an Exxon Station on the far left corner. Turnright on EXECUTIVE DR, look for tall office building - Executive Tower. Then turn left again in front of Executive Tower. Tower Place is to the right in rear of Executive Tower.
